Historic mobilization in the United Kingdom
special historic rally continues to grow in popularity in the United Kingdom Events regularly to see entries of more than 90 cars of different ages. Cars are grouped into classes according to age and class motor capacity.The History is for vehicles first registered before December 31, 1967, History Online is for vehicles first registered between 1 January 1968 and December 31, 1974 and the Classic is for cars first registered between 1 January 1975 and December 31, 1981. These sections are divided into classes displacement. All vehicles must use a tire of the aspect ratio of 70% or more, and the only changes allowed are those used at the time cars use the original motor sports and should have been used in rallying. All this means that costs are kept low, while the closeness of competition maintained.
The events are mainly loose surface manifestations forest (especially in Wales), with some demonstrations ashphalt (including Isle of Man), incorporated with a championship best.

Isle of Man (asphalt)
Harry Flatters (asphalt)
Tour of Flanders (asphalt)
Yorkshire Rally (forest)
This is a full blown rally series not an entertainment unit in the country's cars drive as fast as possible, the only difference between them and modern WRC is your age!
The season is completed Niceley by the RAC (Roger Albert Clark) rally that lasts three days in making Yorkshire, Cumbria, Scotland and Kielder like the old Lombard RAC rally. Recent competitors have been Jimmy McRae, Stig Blomqvist and Mark Higgins. Cars range from the ultra successful Mk1 Escort to the great Lancia Stratos of Steve Perez.There also a classical section comprising a little more modern cars, eg Escort Mk2, etc, but not four-wheel drive cars allowed for a lot of sideways action.
