Top 7 Tips to recognize muscle tension Relax
Before you can learn to relax first must be able to recognize stress. I seen a lot of classes where members are said to relax, and they and the teacher believed to have been successful when in fact her muscles were tense. 1. Stress Recognizing In Touch
