Working with mid-sized paper can be difficult and yet many organizations prefer the size of its training manuals and documentation. Well, guess what, can bind smaller documents using the same materials and machinery used to create regular size documents. Just make sure that the materials are the correct size and that your machine is bound to match. Read for details.
1.) First, make sure your binding machine can punch holes on the long side of a sheet of size half of paper. You may need to adjust the pins on your machine to do this. This is a vital step because if too many (or not enough) to die of their role, the result will end up with half a hole on the edge of the paper. If your machine is not releasable punching pin, you may need to find a different team.
2.) Now that you know if your machine is capable of handling this size of paper, you must obtain binding spines are eight and a half inches long. That's not always easy. Here are some tips to find the supplies you need:

- GBC Zipbind Proclick and thorns can be reduced by half the size of binding. You can also order these thorns in lengths Half-letter to save time.
- Finally, Velobind strips are available in a 8.5 "long. These strips can be used with Velobind systems One, Two and Three.
3.) Then take the paper and binding covers catalog. Both clear and opaque covers available in size written medium, but may have some trouble finding paper for your project. If desired, you may request paper of this size, but if you get a fast link, You can create your own size paper writing with good paper and a paper cutter quality. You can also print two pages of your brochure on 8.5 x 11 "sheet paper and then cut down. In fact, the possibilities are endless.
4.) From here, the union of half letter paper size is the same any other document binding. Make sure your machine follow instructions and stay safe while working.
